Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package With Care

  Place your jewelry back in its original designer packaging and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
